As much as he loved a good romp in the snow, the frigid flakes were starting to get to him. Sure it was fun and all, providing activities such as snowball fights, sledding, and smashing snowmen, but when fun wasn’t involved, having to drag yourself through the endless winter tundra just to get to class and back wasn’t exactly his idea of fun. It was hard enough mustering up the drive to get out of bed in the morning and go to class, but having to do it in the freezing cold and foot of snow made it a lot more difficult to do so.

But nonetheless, Hunter had managed to make it to class on time, just barely, and even made it through the day. However, all he wanted to do now was just get out of the cold and do something, anything, not related to schoolwork. His mind was completely fried from the amount of information crammed into it for the day, and he didn’t think he could fit any more. Finally arriving at the Junior dorms, Hunter welcomed the warmth once he was inside. He kicked off the snow that clung to his boots and brushed some of the flakes from his shoulders. Fun was Hunter’s middle name, and therefore he couldn’t resist the declaration of a snowball fight several students had started outside of the school. Hunter had left after he was out of breath, but remains of the fight were still apparent in flakes of snow on his clothing and in his hair.

“Brrr!” he said aloud to himself as he unwrapped the multicolored stripe scarf from around his neck. It wasn’t until he stared unzipping his jacket that he even bothered to look up. His gaze quickly fell upon the familiar blonde reading something-or-other on the couch. A smile seemed to light up Hunter’s face as he headed over to her. “ ‘Ello, ello.” He greeted with a grin as he sat on the wooden coffee table across from Adrianne. “Now here’s a face I haven’t seen in a while.” Of course, that was an exaggeration because he had seen her around in school, but it had been a while since they had a chance to hang out.

Hunter found himself laughing several times as she cleverly returned the playful banter. He had to admit, he was relieved to find Adrianne acting the way she was. The way she had been so busy lately, and never able to hang out, Hunter had really thought she was mad at him. In which case he had no idea what he had done wrong… Despite his love of girls, he could hardly comprehend their complex minds. But with the way Adde was laughing with him again, he realized maybe she really was just busy all this time and he was just worrying for nothing.

“Oh, you flatter me!” he said, batting his eyelashes with a wave of his hand, attempting to look modest. Though his tone indicated he was joking, he couldn’t help but actually feel flattered by her words, even if she was just joking. “Honestly Adde, school’s important. You really should pay attention to the lesson instead o’ve starin’ at me all day, no mater how smashing I look.” It was said in a serious tone, but anyone who knew Hunter understood the irony in what he said and knew he was far from serious when saying it. Hunter spent all his classes, aside from Art, focusing more on the girls in the class rather than the teacher. In art he definitely spent more time focusing on the teacher… It was then Hunter noticed Adrianne was still wearing her gloves and scarf. “Uh… Adde, you do know you’re inside, yea?” he asked, raising his eyebrows with a small smirk playing upon his lips.

“Auditioning girls to stare at me all day? Oh you do know me!” he said with a grin, giving her another squeeze of a hug. Hunter rubbed her arms a few more times before letting his front hand fall into his lap, leaving his other arm hanging over her shoulders. Lifting his feet up, he placed them both on top of the coffee table he had been sitting on only moments ago, crossing one over the other.

“So. Because you’ve been Mrs. Busy lately, I think you owe me some hang out time. I think we should throw a bash this weekend… a themed one…” Hunter had a thing for themed parties. While he had this undying love for fun, he wouldn’t consider himself a ‘party person’. Mostly because high school parties consisted of sitting around and getting trashed with the occasional game of beer pong. And while Hunter wasn’t against drinking or such games, he wanted more out of his parties, things had to be fun. Theme parties, where the party was centered around a certain theme such as the classic toga, or 80’s, or his personal favorite; lingerie themed, made a party at least slightly more interesting.
